F&Qs

How do we pay?

You can pay weekly or monthly. Ideally you pay by bank transfer at the end of each month. I also take cheques or cash.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the length of walk and if the walk is one to one. Please contact me for prices. I offer a quality walk, reinforcing any commands that you use or want your dog to learn.

How do you collect my dog if I am out?

The keys are not marked with your address or dogs name. At night they are locked in a secure box at my home.

Why do you have a dog walking insurance

I’m a professional dog walker.  What does your insurance cover? I am  insured from the moment I collect your dog to when I drop  off. Public liability up to £1,000,000. I am  also covered for loss of keys & replacement locks.

Have you had any aggressive dogs on walks?

I do not take aggressive dogs on group walks. I can do one to one walks, please contact me for more information.

How do I get more information?

You can contact me with no obligations via email or telephone. You can also search for me on the WEB, or look at my Face Book page. What happens if an emergency arises while you are out walking? When I take on a new dog, I take the vet details. If an emergency happens I will take your dog directly to your vet and call you immediately.

What happens if I have to cancel a walk ?

I appreciate as much notice as possible. As long as you let me know a few hours before a walk you won’t be charged.

Where do you walk your dogs?

I walk at a number of locations to give the dogs  some variety!  I walk at Walton Heath, Banstead Heath, Reigate Heath, Headley Common, Reigate Hill.

How do you take on new clients?

First I chat on the phone to discuss you and your dog’s needs.  I then arrange to meet at a time and place convenient for you, so I can meet you and your dog.

What else should I know?

All dogs must be fully vaccinated, wormed and flea treated at the appropriate intervals.
